Welsh Landscape Partnership

is launched

The Welsh Landscape Partnership, of which CPRW is a key partner, was recently launched at the Royal Welsh Show. This Alliance is comprised of individuals and organisations with a deep concern to:

• increase public awareness of the value and importance of all landscapes in Wales

• safeguard the huge range of public benefits Welsh landscapes provide

• promote their responsible and sustainable stewardship

At its launch the Partnership released its first challenges to the Assembly and the Countryside Council for Wales entitled

“An Agenda for Protected Landscapes in Wales”
